If you are a towing company who plans on processing multiple liens at once, please create or login to your account to make filling out multiple liens easier for you. The form on this page is designed for businesses who process lien sales occasionally.

All Other Businesses, please use this form.

PLEASE NOTE: Lien Sale paperwork must be picked up or fully paid for within 60 days of completion, otherwise paperwork will be thrown away and charged as an extra copy after the 60th day.
