Smart Liens is a family owned business who specializes in processing lien sales for the towing industry, auto repair shops, dismantlers, storage facilities and all other business owners. While we are licensed to perform all registration services, we really wanted to narrow down our focus on lien sales to provide the best service possible.

Smart Liens has personally worked hard to get to know it’s clientele base, as some of it’s owners have been in the automotive industry for over a decade. We take pride in knowing what our clients wants and needs are, and continuously strive to refine our performance .

While we are based in Bakersfield, CA, we are licensed and bonded to operate throughout the entire state. Our goal is to be able to assist any and all towing companies throughout California.
